You'll need to upload official documentation that shows your: First Name, Last Name, Medical licensing status, and Currently-valid date. We understand that your main document may not include an expiration date. If that is the case, please upload a second document establishing you currently work as a medical professional.

  • What happens if I can't prove I'm a Healthcare professional?

This rarely happens, but in the event you cannot provide us any acceptable proof of validation, we will be unable to approve you for the offer. If you're currently employed as a healthcare professional, you should have access to a document we can verify.
