  • Can I purchase a gift card?

    Gift cards can only be purchased at a retail location. We do not currently offer E-Gift Cards at this time. Click here to check for a local ROXY retail location near you.

  • How do I check my gift card balance?

    You can check the balance on your gift card by clicking here. 

  • How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?

  • Can I return my E-Gift Card?

    E-Gift Cards are all sales final. Once an order has been placed we are unable to process a return.

  • Can I cancel my E-Gift Card?

    E-Gift Cards are all sales final. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

  • How do I check my gift card balance?

  • What if I miss-key the email for my E-Gift Card?

    If the email address for the recipient was miss-keyed, please contact customer service at 1-800-435-9917.

  • How can I use my E-Gift Card?

    E-Gift Cards can only be used on our DC website. Click here to start shopping.

  • Can I use my E-Gift Card at a retail location?

    At this time, E-Gift Cards can only be used online on our direct website. Click here to start shopping.

  • Can I use multiple gift cards on my purchase?

    Yes, multiple gift cards can be entered at the time of purchase during the checkout process.

  • Does my E-Gift Card expire?

    E-Gift Cards do not expire.

  • What if my E-Gift Card is not working?

    If your E-Gift Card is not working please check the following points:

    • Check your balance by clicking here.
    • Make sure you enter in the correct number and pin associated to your gift card
    • Please enter in the gift card number and pin during the checkout process in the payment section.

    If your having technical issues with your E-Gift Card. Please contact customer service.

  • Where do I enter my E-gift card?

    E-Gift Cards can be entered during the checkout process within the payment screen. Click "Gift Certificate" when adding your payment info.

  • What is an E-Gift Card?

    E-Gift Cards are an electronic version of a physical gift card that can be sent directly to a person's email address and used online.

  • I haven't received my E-Gift Card?

    If you have not yet received your E-Gift Card please be sure to check your spam/junk folders. You can also check the email address used to send the E-Gift Card to. All E-Gift Cards can take up to 1-2 hours to be received.

    If you still have not received your E-Gift card or the email address was miss-keyed, please contact customer service at 1-800-435-9917.
